Instrument Rating in Hillsboro, OR
The Instrument Rating allows you to legally fly in a wider range of weather conditions, including clouds, low visibility, and through a wider range of airspace using instruments alone. It’s an essential certification for pilots who want to fly with greater safety, pursue a career in aviation, or simply add capability and confidence to their flying. With this rating, you can operate under Instrument Flight Rules (IFR) and navigate solely by reference to your cockpit instruments—even when visual references aren't available.
